Introduction
Mr. Ibrar Ahmed is the founder of Ibrar & Associates. He is an LL. M. from Punjab University Lahore and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He is author of two commentaries and has many reported cases to his credit. He has been a visiting faculty member of Punjab Law College and Hamiat-e-Islam Law College Lahore.
Ibrar Ahmed has independently conducted more than 200 cases in High Courts of Pakistan and more than 75 cases in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has many reported cases to his credit. He is a life member of Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan, Lahore High Court Bar Association, Lahore Tax Bar Association and Lahore District Bar Association.
Mr. Ibrar’s area of specialization is international trade law, commercial arbitration, insurance, corporate taxation, corporate restructuring and drafting of agreements.
